  Opera Queen is a symphonic metal band founded in February 2016 by the guitarist Roberto Yamato and the vocalist Luciana Cascardo, whose essence is to blend the universe of classical music and the dramatization of opera to the power of heavy metal. The name was created by the founder Roberto Yamato making an allusion to the female members of the band and also makes mention of the band Queen, one of the biggest rock bands in the world and one of the first to successfully join the Rock n’ Roll with elements of classical music. The band originated in the north of Brazil and underwent changes in its formation, today it is formed by 7 members, Luciano Cascardo (vocalist), Roberto Yamato (guitar), Alison Jean (drummer), Leonardo Giller (vocalist), Eliseo Nazareno (keyboardist), Lucciano Giuseppe (bass) and Amanda Alencar (violoncello).
